Open to all media of original Fine Art and Fine Crafts. All work will be juried. Categories will be limited. No commercial, manufactured, imported, mass produced or purchased for resale items will be accepted. No clothing. No representatives.
Participants must supply their own displays. Each participant is responsible for the safety and Liability Insurance of their own display and merchandise. West Coast Artists, the City of Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Theater assume no responsibility for loss or damage to merchandise, display, canopies or participants. Overnight security will be provided Saturday and Sunday evening for your convenience. Show hours will be from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Canopies must be securely staked. The show is on grass.
Entry fee is $250.00 + 10% commission for a 10’ X 10’ space. Please submit 3 photos/slides of your work, a photo of your display (white canopies only) and a check in the amount of $250.00 payable to West Coast Artists ( we accept credit cards ). Please send a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your photos and confirmation.
Deadline for entry is December 1, 2009. Anyone wishing to cancel after confirmation must do so by January 2, 2010, in order to receive credit toward another show. Once an exhibitor is accepted into the show the entry fee is non-refundable.
