Description:

From Danville Fall Crafts Festival Website:

The festival, co-sponsored by the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Danville, is now in its twenty-second year and attracts over 50,000 people every year to beautiful Hartz Avenue in downtown Danville-a city 40 miles east of San Francisco that's a mix of beautiful residences from the Gold Rush days along with magnificent homes of the future. Quaint Hartz Avenue is a natural for unique specialty shops and gourmet dining. During October, the weather is usually unpredictable.

Key ingredients to the success of this family-friendly event is the "home town" parade (Saturday, 10 a.m.), Safe Trick or Treating, kids activities, quality art and crafts displayed by over 200 artisans, a friendly wine & beer garden, and the ever-popular Glass Pumpkin Patch featuring hand-blown glass pumpkins: all sizes, all prices.

This festival has approximately 80% contemporary and traditional crafts and 20% fine art.

Entertainment will be featured throughout the weekend along Hartz Avenue with our street corner concerts.

For those wishing to park closeby, the Town of Danville will be offering unlimited parking in all city-owned parking lots and on all street curbside parking spaces. Better still, ride your bike & park in the Bike Parking lot.
