| Description: | From Stockton Asparagus Festival Website: In April 2014, the City of Stockton will host its 29th annual Stockton Asparagus Festival. Every year, up to 100,000 people attend the three-day event to enjoy fine food, entertainment, wine and shopping. This premier event is located in downtown Stockton on the beautiful waterfront among tree-shaded parks and plazas. A key ingredient of the Stockton Asparagus Festival is the Arts & Crafts area, located in the tree-shaded Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza, showcasing a wide array of high quality art and contemporary and traditional crafts presented by 100 artisans.
