The mission of the Mother Lode Fair is to provide a facility and program that encourages agricultural, social, educational, and cultural opportunities for the enrichment of its community. This will be done in a financially responsible manner while incorporating a continuing program of innovative administrative and facility improvements.

The Fair today is situated on 25 acres, edged with lawns and bordered with a year-round creek. Two hundred trees add scenic value to this garden setting, making the fairgrounds an event destination to an estimated 274,000 visitors throughout the year. The Mother Lode Fair provides our community event programming and a facility that enhances the quality of life in Tuolumne County.
