The 2014 Santa Rosalia Fisherman's Festival will be held September 5, 6, 7th

Festa Italia Santa Rosalia Foundation, Inc. is a local Non-Profit Public Benefit Organization whose main goals are to promote the Italian heritage, tradition and culture, to honor the fishermen of Monterey, CA and to educate the public on how the Italian fisherman have contributed to the heritage of our community. Festa Italia Santa Rosalia Foundation, Inc. plans and implements an annual celebration known as the Monterey Fishermans Festival (formerly Festa Italia Santa Rosalia Festival). The festival is a three day event which showcases Italian arts, food and music. The organization promotes and sponsors several other annual events to raise funds so that each year the Fishermans festival can be presented to the community free of admission. The organization's fundraising efforts also benefit various local organizations and provide scholarships as well. Each year over $5,000 in scholarship money is awarded to local students.
