2016 STRAUSS FESTIVAL IS JULY 28-31!

The Strauss Festival of Elk Grove is an outdoor, no-admission, staged dance production at Elk Grove Regional Park. Featuring a live orchestra, fireworks
and other pyrotechnic display, enchanting outdoor ambience, and of course the beautifully costumed dancers, the Strauss Festival is a perfect summer evening getaway for couples, families, and culture enthusiasts alike.

The Festival has attracted audiences from around the world and has garnered critical acclaim along the way. It is one of the longest-running events of its kind, and admission has always been free thanks to our loyal supporters and benefactors.

Come and spread a blanket on the lawn at Strauss Island, enjoy the many culinary temptations from local eateries, and let your cares fade away in the world of Johann Strauss. Or take advantage of our VIP seating packages to enjoy the royal treatment!

Kids from 1 to 92 will enjoy the waterfowl on the lake, the lights and drama of the beautifully appointed stage, and the elaborate hand-stitched gowns from our vast collection of period costumes.
