The Annual Stone Soup Music Festival and Street Faire is designed to celebrate diversity though music, food, arts and crafts. World class musicians performing on two stages ensure music flows uninterrupted from 10 am to 9:30 pm on Saturday and from 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

The Dune Run-Run, a 5 and 10k race, takes place Saturday morning. Applications are available from the City of Grover Beach Parks and Recreation Department.

Headlining this years festival is The Fixx. Known for the haunting guitar of Jamie West-Oram, the expressive synth of Rupert Greenall, the pounding bass of Dan K. Brown, the steady beat of Adam Woods and the unforgettable vocals of Cy Curnin; together they create the undeniable sound that could only be The Fixx. Enjoy listening and dancing to their music from 7:30 to 9:30 pm on Saturday.

From 5 to 6:30 pm, the Celtic Rock Band Tempest will take the stage. This high energy group is made up of fabulously talented musicians who know how to put on a show!

The Mardi Paws parade takes place at noon on Sunday. Dog owners are encouraged to dress their canine companions for a walking parade that snakes around the vendor footprint. All entries receive a participation ribbon and prizes are given for Best Dressed, Most Original, Most Colorful and Dog/Owner Look-alike.

Grover Beach is home to a beautiful train station just a stones throw from the beach. The festival pays tribute to this train town by including a display of model trains in the Ramona Garden Center. The working mini trains are set up and operated by the SLO Model Railroad Association.

Food and craft vendors line the adjoining streets and activities for kids are located in Ramona Garden Park.
