From 39th Annual Arvin Wildflower Festival Website:

2017 will be our 39th year for this festival. We have a budget for new entertainment and a variety of things for the attendees. 2016 was a very successful year for us and all vendors that participated. We have moved it a week later this coming year to try and avoid any adverse weather conditions. There is mandatory $50 cleanup deposit (refundable if your site is left clean) 95% Hispanic attendance.
