On Saturday, September 29,2018 from 8:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m., the streets of Historic Old Town Orcutt will be filled with beautiful color and live performing art as the Orcutt Childrens Art Foundation, Inc. holds its 6th Annual OCAF Chalk Festival. Art lovers young and not so young will all delight in this street festival as they watch art come alive on the street, listen to and watch stage performers, partake in food and drink and visit our children's area for hands on art experiences.
