| Description: | From 2018 Spring Festival Website: Join the City of Westminster in the season at the annual Spring Festival on Saturday, March 24th from 9am - 3pm in the beautiful Civic Center.
The event will feature live entertainment, delicious food, craft vendors, an extensive resource fair, children's activities and of course...a visit from the Easter Bunny.
