Sponsored by the City of San Ramon/Parks & Community Services, this 31st annual community event includes Arts, Crafts and specialty prepackaged foods, entertainment on 3 stages, kiteflying demos, kite making workshops and kids' activities. Spaces are on asphalt and grass and are 10x10 or 10x20. Overnight security. No artist electricity.
