The Lemon Festival returns to Third Avenue Village on Sunday, August 4 from 11:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Once a year, TAVA closes Third Avenue to traffic and opens it for a pedestrian family-friendly event to celebrate with the community Chula Vista's lemon heritage. The 22nd Lemon Festival gave Third Avenue businesses the opportunity to promote themselves to over 45,000 thousand attendees. This annual event brings exposure to the district, and fulfills our mission to create, promote and champion a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destination leading to increased sales, property values and community pride.

The 22nd Lemon Festival gives crates of gratitude to their new and returning sponsors and community partners MTS, NBC Universal, Small Foot by Warner, Sullivan Solar Power, Scripps Health, Stor'em Self Storage, South Bay Pioneers, Fredericka Manor, Republic Services, Marie Callender's, Military Dispatch, and Park Plaza at the Village.
