Booth spaces are assigned when the application, payment and pictures are received. Once the vendor application is reviewed and
approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the vendor.
Potential vendors may specify their top three booth locations. These locations are guidelines as to where the vendor would like to be
placed, not an exact spot. If your top choices are not available the vendor will be given a booth space in the vicinity of the top selected
space.
Booth sizes will be strictly enforced; extensions beyond the designated space including overhangs, side-walls, extension stands, tables, etc.
will not be permitted. Vendors may use the space behind their booth for leisure purposes only. Selling of goods throughout the event or
outside of the designated booth will not be permitted. Food and/or drinks may not be sold by craft vendors. Vendor must furnish all
equipment for booth including tent, burlap sandbags, stakes, tables and chairs. Vendors who bring a generator must place it on a wood
platform and have a fire extinguisher on site at all times. Booth numbers 1 to 4 are 20 x 10 only. All other booth spaces are 10 x 10.
